I am an early-career researcher at the University of Hong Kong, where I completed my PhD in 2023. I have been working on the adaptative plasticity of marine organisms in response to environmental stressors since 2017. By utilizing a comprehensive range of disciplines including ecology, molecular biology, aquaculture and bioinformatics, I am interested in investigating the following areas:
(i) transgenerational plasticity and its implications on sex determination, demographic and ecological dynamics of marine organisms;
(ii) epigenetic modification-assisted adaptative plasticity;
(iii) host-associated microbiota as a toolbox for adaptive plasticity in marine invertebrates.
